SCELC at 35: planning for a post-COVID landscapeDrawing on recent OCLC research and an analysis of broader market trends, Constance’s presentation will explore the role of the consortium in advancing library leadership. What can the composition of the SCELC membership tell us about the mix of cooperative programs and services that are likely to be needed? How can SCELC libraries position themselves for the future, individually and collectively? The session will incorporate interactive polls to encourage engagement and dialogue, framing key themes and questions about the benefits and tradeoffs of library cooperation.
